Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 2 times daily with a meal, adding to tea, mineral water or other beverages.  

Course duration: 1 month.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to components, diabetes.

Storage conditions: store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25⁰ C. after opening, store the bottle in the refrigerator.
